This should be the hardest part of the project.Studying and gathering all the necessary requirements.Drawing up the necessary sample graphs to guide us in the design of the system.
Looking at kampala city,you cannot tell how the graphs will look like so we require a good mathematicians who will define those graphs.
But this phase is not much my work.It is the social scientist who is doing most of the work.
I am just comfortable waiting for my part to elapse.
Africa is endowed with a range of skilled personnel but it has failed to nurture these brains to solve its problems.Traffic in African cities is one of the menaces that have kept many people wondering and blaming their governments.The problem is not entirely to governments but even professionals who have failed to harness their skills to solve such problems.
Using my technical expertise,i am organising a team of professionals to help in the design of a high tech traffic control and management system for Kampala city.
